CO2CRC Partners: CanSyd
CanSyd Australia is a SME industry participant in the Cooperative Research Centre in Greenhouse Gas Technologies and is actively involved in atmospheric technology development, which is being demostrated through the Otway Project.
Current projects include:
- atmospheric assurance monitoring with the design and build of electro-optics instruments to monitor CO2 gas at near-ground level;
- CO2 soil flux assurance monitoring with the designand build of electro-optics instruments to monitor CO2 gas flux in the soil profile;
- research and development of sensor detection instrument solutions for CO2 sequestration atmospheric assurance monitoring;
- base-line monitoring and instrumentation for thecarbon capture and storage "atmospheric assurance monitoring programs"; and
- remote sensing gas detection studies including ground-based, airborne and satellite platforms .
