CCS world projects: Niederaussem

Project Overview

RWE, BASF and Linde have built a pilot plant is capable of capturing roughly 300 kilograms of CO2 per hour from a partial flow of power station flue gases at the Niederaussem lignite power plant. Capture efficiency is 90 percent.
