CCS world projects: Porto Tolle
Enel is going to retrofit one 660MWe unit of its Porto Tolle power station with capture equipment and start CO2 injection in 2015. Storage in an offshore saline aquifer nearby. The EC announced in 12/09 that it will contribute a maximum of 100M EUR for this project.
